Vendor Deadline Sept. 5th

Ventura Beach Party Hours:

Friday Sept. 11th 3-7pm (as part of Packet Pick Up for the races)

Saturday Sept 12th - 10:00am-4:00pm

Sunday Sept 13th - 9:00am-3:00pm Vendor Spaces are available for rent at the Ventura Beach Party. 

All booths this year will be along the Promenade (from the Pier to Aloha Steakhouse) and in the Lot next to the Pier.

Vendor Set up times: Our Packet Pick up starts Friday, if you wish to set up early you are welcome to do so.  Friday 1pm-4pm Saturday 8am-10am and Sunday 7am - 9am.  Break Down - Saturday after 4pm and Sunday after 3pm. If you wish to leave your booth set up you must have everything secured and covered, we will have security where the fencing is.  All Vendors must comply with all cities, state and county health codes, resale vender business license and permits for any products sold at this event. Electricity will NOT be provided for booths.

ALL VENDORS MUST ADD A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE AND ENDORSEMENT PAGE to their insurance for the weekend: naming the City of Ventura AND Vendurance Sports as an additional insured will be required. Mandatory wording for liability insurance and endorsement page of the certificate must specify:
